Health & Safety Administrator (HSAdmin) Manchester, England About the Company: Our client is a well-established fit-out contractor based in Manchester, delivering high-quality commercial and interior projects across the UK. With a strong reputation for excellence, safety, and innovation, they are now looking to expand their team with a dedicated Health & Safety Administrator. The Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the Health & Safety function across a range of fast-paced construction and fit-out projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high standards across the business. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update health & safety documentation, records, and systems Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) Monitor and track site compliance, audits, and inspections Coordinate training records, certifications, and renewals Support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders Ensure all documentation aligns with current legislation and company policies Requirements Previous experience in a Health & Safety or administrative role (construction experience preferred) Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills Good understanding of health & safety regulations within construction (desirable) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively What’s on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a growing and reputable contractor Supportive team environment with ongoing development opportunities Exposure to a variety of projects within the fit-out sector We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
