Essential Functions Partner with manager to exploit current culinary trends and implement new on‑brand initiatives Collaborate with manager to create menus for special events as needed Work with Restaurant Manager to ensure effective communication with co‑workers Act as a motivating presence and leader to the staff, continually improving and exceeding customer expectations Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1–2 years of direct culinary experience Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays Essential Physical Requirements Prolonged standing/walking around store or department Reaching, crouching, kneeling, and stooping as required Working in a warm kitchen environment Frequently lifting or moving up to 25 lbs Macy's, Inc., including Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and Bluemercury, is an equal opportunity employer, committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
