Join our team. #CloroxIsThePlace**Your role at Clorox:**The purpose of this position is to lead and carry out all daily business-related activities associated with general plant operations and to act as the liaison between the hourly work force and management, and to provide innovative and sound tactical thinking to achieve the appropriate levels of operating performance. Starting Pay Rate: $30.83 + $1.35 Shift Differential Work Hours: 6:00pm to 6:30am Shift Schedule: 2-2-3 schedule - Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on - Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off**In this role, you will:*** Coordinate daily work floor activities.* Plan and schedule the efficient operation of the loading dock.* Lead Distribution Department safety effort in support of plant performance goals.* Coordinate training and development activities.* Lead daily start of shift and end of department meetings.* Offload and manage bulk material inventory (soybean oil, vinegar, etc.).* Manage material flows to provide efficient operations.* Interface with supply vendors and the on-site dedicated fleet to service the department.* Lead timely problem resolution efforts.* Participate in quality audits as needed.* Support and troubleshoot palletizer machine performance.* Manage on-site recyclables and order pick-ups as needed.* Initiate timely communication flow through the organization.* Drive department improvement initiatives consistent with the plant strategy.* Perform any assigned duties that fall within the scope of this job as defined by management.**What we look for:*** Minimum of 3 years experience in this department.* Exceptional interpersonal skills.* Exceptional multi-tasking skills.* Exceptional communication skills.* Using available information, demonstrate the ability to coordinate and prioritize in a manner that is most beneficial for plant operations.* Excellent training skills.* Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail.* Willingness to make decisions using sound judgment based off of available information.* Successful completion of training as identified on Technology Matrix.## **Our values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
