• SRSMG is a large, physician-led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
• Group provides patients a full range of services across 29 different specialties
• All clinics have a lead RN, triage RN, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
• Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
• Group has 200+ primary care providers throughout the county; built in referral system

Position Details:

• 4.5-day work week with average of 22 patients per day
• Salary Range: $230,000-$340,000+The posted compensation range reflects the anticipated salary or compensation range for this position, as required by applicable state law. Actual total compensation may be higher and can include additional earnings such as productivity incentives, quality and performance bonuses, hospital/call stipends, extra shift pay, and other compensation components, where applicable. Providers may also be eligible for a CME allowance and a comprehensive benefits package. Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
• Outpatient after hour call of once every 4-5 weeks (phone call only)
• In-house Pediatric Sub-specialties include ENT, ENDO and Allergy
• New-born rounding at 1 Hospital: Sharp Mary Birch
• Rounding 1 week at a time every 5 weeks
• Level III NICU
• Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (25 employed OBGYNs in the group)
• Not required to attend deliveries, no inpatient responsibilities aside from rounding on newborns
• Must be board certified/eligible to be considered
