Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

The General Production Worker supports key manufacturing operations in a hands-on role as either a stacker or builder. In this position, you work with lumber and boxes, follow detailed work orders, and use hand and power tools to help ensure that customer products are accurately built and prepared at the start of the production process.

Responsibilities

• Stack lumber coming off a conveyor belt onto pallets at the beginning of the production process, maintaining consistent pace and accuracy.
• Build boxes of varying sizes according to customer orders and production specifications.
• Read and interpret work orders, including dimensions and other production details, to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
• Assist with general labor and assembly tasks as needed to support overall production flow.

Essential Skills

• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience in a production or general labor environment.
• At least 6 months of experience accurately using a tape measure for measurements.
• Ability to perform general labor and assembly tasks in a production environment.
• Strong attention to detail when measuring, stacking, and building products.
• Capability to work full-time hours from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Owatonna,MN.
