Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Day Shift

Overview Quail Run Behavioral Health – Phoenix, AZ – Now Hiring! Day Shift Responsibilities Monitor each patient’s location per the Observation Policy and Procedure. Assist with Visitation in the evenings. Utilize sound judgment during assessment and observe and documents any changes in a patient's appearance, behavior or ability to work toward treatment plan goals. Follow the therapeutic interventions outlined by the treatment team for each patient. Comply with the established policies and procedures requiring a safe, clean and therapeutic environment. Qualifications Experience working in a behavioral health care setting with adolescents High School Diploma or GED as well as a combination of behavioral health education and work experience totaling 4 years Current CPR or BLS certification Successful completion of (SAMA) including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or be able to obtain within 30 days of hire.
