Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Fort Wayne leadership team in the role of Pharmacy Manager.Oversees and coordinate the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy and its staff. Provides comprehensive medication-related care for the purpose of achieving definite outcomes that improve a patient's quality of life. Acts in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals in the responsibility for patient drug therapy outcomes. Is responsible for assisting the pharmacy director with preparing and performing all activities involving the pharmacy and therapeutics committee. Assists the Director in complying with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Will assist in new process implementation and quality improvement initiatives. Responsible for inventory management and the ongoing financial performance of the pharmacy.This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift with occasional on call needs. Candidates should have previous leadership and hospital experience.
