- Manufacturing experience
- Forklift experience
- Good record of attendance at previous jobs
- Past experience working in cycle counting
- Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
- Ability to lift, up to, 50lb.

Qualifications
Here's What We Are Looking For In Future Team Members:
- Strong attention to detail with ability to accurately verify inventory, labels, and documentation
- Comfortable working with shipping, receiving, and material handling teams to coordinate inventory activities
- Familiarity with labeling systems and ensuring proper identification of materials
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and printing reports or tickets
- Problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve inventory variances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Flexibility to assist with additional responsibilities as needed
- Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
- Ability to lift, up to, 50lb.
- Ability to commute to Fort Wayne.
