Responsibilities Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the Portland area. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored real estate solutions. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings, ensuring all interactions are professional and informative. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes in all transactions. Collaborate with a network of industry professionals, including mortgage brokers, inspectors, and attorneys, to facilitate smooth transactions. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants effectively. Qualifications Valid real estate license in the state of Oregon. Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field. Proven track record of successful property transactions. Strong knowledge of the Portland real estate market and surrounding areas. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in real estate software and CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
