Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) Clinical + Leadership Opportunity | Urgent Care
We're seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner ready to step into a hybrid leadership rolecombining hands-on patient care with oversight of a team of Advanced Practice Providers. This is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and influence care delivery while staying clinically active in a fast-paced urgent care environment.

This is an opportunity to lead, mentor, and influence care delivery while staying clinically active in a fast-paced urgent care environment.
What You'll Do
Clinical (?75%)
- Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of acute conditions (e.g., respiratory illness, minor injuries, infections)
- Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care
- Order and interpret diagnostics (X-rays, EKGs, labs)
- Identify higher-acuity cases and appropriately escalate to ER when needed
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across all age groups
Leadership & Operations (?25%)
- Lead and directly supervise a team of APPs within the service line
- Coach and mentor providers to improve clinical quality and performance
- Monitor key metrics (clinical, operational, patient satisfaction) and drive improvements
- Partner with Medical Directors and site leaders on staffing, workflows, and provider utilization
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of APPs
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Current licensure as a PA or NP
- Board certification in either Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Ability to treat adult and pediatric patients
- Prior administrative and leadership experience
