We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to join our veterinary team at Banfield Pet Hospital - Sunrise Square !

Our CSCs are the first and last impression our clients have of our hospital. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and pets, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever the team needs help.
What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and pets with a friendly, professional attitude
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out efficiently
• Communicate with clients about appointments, services, and hospital needs
• Manage multiple priorities while keeping the front desk organized
• Help identify opportunities to get pets the care they need
• Work closely with our doctors, veterinary technicians, assistants, and leadership team
• Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, front desk, and client areas throughout the day
• Help with daily cleaning duties, including wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash, and cleaning up after pets when needed
• Be willing to jump in and help keep the hospital clean and organized- keeping our hospital clean is everyone's responsibility
• Help maintain a positive and supportive hospital environment

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced veterinary environment

Veterinary or customer service experience is a plus, but we're also willing to train the right person.

The pay range for this role is

$15.06 - $19.24 Hourly

The pay range listed reflects a general hiring range for the area, with the specific rate determined based on the candidate's experience, skill level, and education, and may vary depending on location or applicable minimum wage laws.
