As a critical care nurse in this dynamic setting, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to neuro and trauma patients. This 12-bed unit offers a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, ensuring you have the support needed to deliver top-notch care. You will also have the opportunity to float to various units, including Cardiovascular, Telemetry Care, ICU/CCU, and Med Surg, broadening your experience and skill set.

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with ICP monitors, CRRT, and lumbar drains
• Utilize EPIC charting for accurate and efficient patient documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt to various units as needed, maintaining high standards of care
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of acute critical care experience
• Level II trauma critical care experience required
• Current CA RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Previous traveler experience required
• Need 2 years experience in setting
