Hotel Turn Tech

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hotel Turn Tech to join our client's team. The Hotel Turn Tech will play a vital role in preparing guest rooms and common areas for new arrivals by performing necessary repairs, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance issues.

Perform repairs including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance servicing as needed.

Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and stocked with the necessary supplies for new guests.

Coordinate with the housekeeping staff to prioritize and complete necessary turnover tasks efficiently.

Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate effectively with management regarding issues that require further attention.

Follow safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
