Full-Time Dentist – $130,000 Base + 30% Collections Bonus | Confidential Practice
Are you a Dentist looking for an opportunity where you can grow clinically, work alongside a supportive team, and build a long-term career? This confidential, established dental practice is looking for a Full-Time Dentist to join their collaborative and patient-focused team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist at any stage of their career. The practice is open to new graduates and experienced dentists alike and is willing to provide mentorship in advanced procedures.

We also have a practice in Bloomington (20 minutes away) that can be open for clinical hours based on applicants request.

About the Practice

• Established dental practice with a team of 13
• Team includes 5 EFDAs
• Dentrix software
• Collaborative environment where doctors are encouraged to share clinical ideas
• Patient-focused approach centered around communication and treatment autonomy
• Several PPO insurance plans accepted
• Fee-for-service and cash patients welcome
• No HMO or Medicaid
• Primary location is negotiable
• Indiana University Dentist for all Olympic Varsity Sports

Clinical Opportunity

The incoming Dentist will have the opportunity to perform a wide variety of dental procedures, including:

• Comprehensive restorative dentistry
• Extractions
• Crowns and other restorative procedures
• Endodontics
• Implants
• General dentistry procedures
• Other procedures based on your interests and experience
• There are no specific procedures that are required.
• The practice is also open to mentorship and training in areas where you would like to strengthen your clinical skills.
