Senior Construction Project Manager

Up to $200,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package We're partnering with one of the nation's leading commercial contractors to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver large-scale Data Center and Mission Critical projects across Texas. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth across Texas, they're looking for a leader who thrives in technically demanding environments and enjoys taking ownership from preconstruction through final handover. If you're an experienced Senior PM with a background in mission critical construction, this is your opportunity to work on some of the most exciting projects in the country. What You'll Be Doing: Lead the successful delivery of ground-up Data Center and Mission Critical projects from preconstruction through completion. Take full ownership of project budgets, schedules, procurement, risk management, and client relationships. Manage multiple Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams while providing mentorship and leadership. Partner closely with Superintendents to drive site operations, quality, safety, and schedule performance. Oversee subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract negotiations, and change management. Manage project financials including forecasting, cost reporting, billing, and profitability. Lead Owner, Architect, and Contractor (OAC) meetings while maintaining exceptional client communication throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and trade partners to proactively resolve project challenges. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What They're Looking For: 10+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction. Proven experience delivering Data Center, Mission Critical, Semiconductor, Advanced Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or other highly technical projects. Strong background managing large-scale ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Experience managing project budgets, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, cost control, and commercial construction best practices. Excellent leadership skills with experience mentoring project teams. Outstanding communication and client-facing abilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office experience preferred. OSHA 30, PMP, or LEED accreditation is a plus. Why This Role?
