Customer Service Support Representative

$17.75 - $23 per hour

Labcorp seeks a remote customer service representative to support healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams with lab inquiries and test-related requests. The role involves resolving customer issues, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and ensuring quality service across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between company, customers, and patients for inquiry resolution
Resolve routine customer requests using internal systems and procedures
Research and resolve complex inquiries through database investigation
Review test forms for accuracy and correct discrepancies per protocols
Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and CRM data

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years customer service experience
1+ years contact center or call center experience
1+ years software experience (Microsoft Office, Verint, Salesforce, or LIS)
Reliable internet with minimum 50 Mbps download speed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology in clinical settings

Compensation: $17.75/hr - $23.00/hr
