Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation in the healthcare construction sector. Operating with a collaborative, tight-knit team, the company delivers both ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $1M to $20M, with a large percentage of work coming from repeat clients and negotiated contracts.
Job Description
- Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee ground-up medical facilities and complex renovation projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams
- Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, RFIs, and submittals
- Travel periodically throughout the Southeast to support project delivery

The Successful Applicant
- Experience managing ground-up healthcare construction projects
- Proficient with Procore and construction document management
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Based in or willing to commute to the Tampa, FL area
What's On Offer
- $120,000-$130,000 base salary
- Annual performance bonus (typically around $15,000)
- $800 per month vehicle allowance
- 401(k) with 4% company match
