Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong reputation in the healthcare construction sector. Operating with a collaborative, tight-knit team, the company delivers both ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $1M to $20M, with a large percentage of work coming from repeat clients and negotiated contracts.

Job Description

Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee ground-up medical facilities and complex renovation projects
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams
Utilize Procore for project documentation, reporting, RFIs, and submittals
Travel periodically throughout the Southeast to support project delivery

The Successful Applicant

Experience managing ground-up healthcare construction projects
Proficient with Procore and construction document management
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Based in or willing to commute to the Tampa, FL area

What's On Offer

$120,000-$130,000 base salary
Annual performance bonus (typically around $15,000)
$800 per month vehicle allowance
401(k) with 4% company match
