Front of House Supervisor/Manager

Job Title
This position involves overseeing and managing a team of employees, including full-time, part-time, and flexible category staff. Key responsibilities include planning and scheduling work, setting priorities and goals, resolving work problems, and identifying training needs.
Major Duties:
- Directly supervises regular full-time, part-time, and flexible category employees
- Plans and schedules work to be accomplished by subordinates.
- Sets priorities and quarterly/annual goals
- Resolves work problems and implements ways to improve production/quality of work within the department.
- Identifies developmental and training needs of employees and provides or arranges for needed training.
- This is an emergency-designated position
