  • 6 shifts of 12 hours every 2 weeks.
  • Day shifts: 07:00-19:30.
  • Evening shifts: 11:00-23:30.
  • Includes some weekends.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure: Active New York State RN License.
• Certification: BLS certification (must be current or willing to recertify).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acute care facility (within the past 2 years).
  • PACU experience is required.
  • Previous critical care experience is essential.
• Technical Skills: EPIC EMR proficiency (strongly preferred).
• Soft Skills: Adaptability, critical thinking, and teamwork in fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized post-anesthesia care for adult critical care patients.
• Monitor and manage patient recovery, complications, and pain control.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient management.
