As a Home Health Aide (HHA) , you will play a vital role in our team's effort to provide the highest standard of care.

About the Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide personal care and support to our patients and residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients and residents with dressing, and grooming
• Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
