Veterans HVRP Case Manager: Outreach & Placement

The American GI Forum - National Veterans Outreach Program is seeking a Case Manager for the Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program (HVRP) in Dallas. You will outreach eligible homeless veterans to provide services such as benefits information, housing referrals, job training, and placement, while coordinating with other organization programs.
