Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Low Voltage Commercial Electricians with expertise in troubleshooting and installing security systems. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of security devices, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of low voltage electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in commercial settings, with a focus on security systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain security devices according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for installed security systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a commercial electrician, with a focus on low voltage systems and security installations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and diagnosing issues accurately.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Pull cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)
• Familiar with data center racks and fiber cabling.
• 2+ years in a telecom, network operations, or data center environment.
• Familiar with working on ladders and scaffolding
