Bilingual Recovery & Safety Specialist

Casa Esperanza, Inc. is seeking a dedicated staff member to safeguard residents and assist with daily operations in a bilingual environment. You will conduct rounds, monitor medications, escort clients, and coordinate activities with case management to support recovery and safety. The role requires crisis intervention skills, attention to confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff.
