Senior Accountant

Adecco is looking for a senior accountant to join a premier large publicly traded client in the Phoenix area. Responsibilities Performs general accounting and other related duties for the organization. Prepares monthly financials, reports, and schedules. Reconciles balance sheet accounts. Prepares monthly journal entries. Posts intercompany transactions, journal entries and balances intercompany accounts Reviews A/R and performs collection duties. Provides support for outside auditors; gather necessary account information and backup documentation for quarterly and annual audit. Participates in quarterly inventory process with production. Follows US GAAP accounting practices and procedures. Performs cost analysis for various accounts. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Accounting and 3 to 8 years of accounting experience. Public Accounting Experience is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working with large software systems or ERP systems similar to SAP & Oracle Understanding of and the ability to adhere to US GAAP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
