Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Dizario Search is partnering with a client in the chemical manufacturing industry that is looking to add an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to their team. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing and leading the site's EHS strategy while driving a strong safety culture, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation. Key Responsibilities: Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety programs for the facility Drive a proactive safety culture through employee engagement and risk reduction Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, PSM, and other regulatory requirements Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve safety and operational performance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required strongly preferred 6+ years of EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and Process Safety Management (PSM) Proven ability to build and sustain a strong safety culture Excellent leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Dizario Search
