Licensed Esthetician / Sugarista – Full-Time
West Linn, OR | Sugaring NYC

Love helping people feel confident in their skin? We’re looking for a licensed esthetician to join our Sugaring NYC West Linn team full-time.

We’re a busy, growing studio looking for someone who is positive, professional, motivated, and excited to build a loyal clientele. Sugaring experience is a plus, but not required — we provide hands-on training!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide professional sugaring and hair removal services.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable experience for every client.
• Consult with clients on their needs, services, and aftercare.
• Recommend products and additional services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment space.
• Build relationships with clients and help grow repeat business.
• Work closely with the front desk and salon team to keep the client experience running smoothly.
• Stay current on techniques, products, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Oregon Esthetician License — required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, upbeat, and professional attitude.
• Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for cleanliness and sanitation.
• Motivated to learn, grow, and build a clientele.
• Comfortable recommending retail products and services.
• Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and/or weekends.

Previous waxing or sugaring experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person. We offer an intensive one-week training program to help you feel confident with our techniques, services, and client experience.

Compensation & Perks:

• Starting base pay: $16.80/hour.

Current Full-Time Shifts:

We are currently hiring for two possible schedules . Shift assignment will be based on business needs at the time of hiring.

Shift 1:

• Sunday: 11 AM–6 PM.
• Monday: 9 AM–4 PM.
• Tuesday: 9 AM–4 PM.
• Wednesday: Off.
• Thursday: Off.
• Friday: 9 AM–4 PM.
• Saturday: 9 AM–5 PM.

Shift 2:

• Sunday: Off.
• Monday: 1 PM–8 PM.
• Tuesday: 1 PM–8 PM.
• Wednesday: 1 PM–8 PM.
• Thursday: 1 PM–8 PM.
• Friday: 9 AM–4 PM.
• Saturday: Off.

Applicants must be available for a full-time schedule and able to work one of the schedules above.

Requirements:

• Licensed Esthetician in Oregon.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
