What you'll do

Conduct complimentary roof and storm-damage inspections for homeowners (training and safety gear provided).
Consult with property owners on insurance claim processes, storm restoration, and premium roofing upgrades.
Build and manage your pipeline through neighborhood canvassing, referrals, and networking.
Guide homeowners through the inspection, contract signing, and build process.

What we're looking for

Drive and resilience: A strong work ethic, competitive spirit, and commitment to reaching six-figure financial goals.
Communication: Ability to build instant rapport, overcome objections, and close business ethically.
Mobility: Comfortable climbing ladders and conducting on-roof inspections.
Basics: Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and a smartphone/tablet.
