Lean Operations Team Lead - Safety, Quality & Coaching

Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead plant operations in Michigan. You will foster a safe, engaging work environment and coach associates in lean practices, while aligning with Stellantis Leadership Principles.
Responsibilities include coordinating activities to meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost, providing feedback, and driving continuous process improvements through Kaizen. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.
