What You'll Be Doing:

As a Server at Captain Joe's Grill, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly.
- Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings.
- Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and properly set for guests.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handling payments and ensuring accurate transactions.
- Maintaining a positive and team-oriented work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- A commitment to punctuality and reliability.
