Full-Time Cleaning Technician

Starting Pay: $13.00 per Hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Deep clean as needed, including detailed attention to high-touch surfaces
• Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards
• Safely use cleaning products and equipment
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled jobs

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation is required
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate
