Are you a builder of opportunities, a creator of systems, and a natural closer? We're looking for a driven, results-oriented Construction Lead Sales Generator to help fuel the growth of our custom home building company. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement the entire lead generation and sales process, from attracting qualified homebuyers to converting them into clients and helping shape the future of our business.
In this role, you'll develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital marketing, social media, referral partnerships, and outbound prospecting efforts. You'll manage inbound inquiries, conduct consultations, nurture prospects through the sales pipeline, and close deals with custom home buyers. You'll also build and optimize CRM systems, marketing automations, and sales processes that create a scalable, measurable engine for growth.
We're seeking a self-starter with a hunter mentality who thrives on creating opportunities, leveraging technology, building relationships, and delivering results. If you're equally comfortable discussing marketing strategies, analyzing conversion metrics, and closing sales, we want to hear from you!
Requirements :
- Experience in home building, construction, and real estate
- 3–7+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, and business development
- Proven track record of generating leads from scratch and converting prospects into clients
- Experience with digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and social media marketing
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Buildertrend, or similar systems
- Understanding of lead generation funnels, sales processes, and marketing automation
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and implementing new tools and technologies
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
