Responsibilities
- Perform a full array of accounting functions
- Daily Cash Reconciliations
- Balance Sheet reconciliations, journal entries, including
- Cash
- Inventory
- Deferred Revenue
- Assets in Service
- Other Accruals
- Prepaids
- Voucher AP/AR invoices in ERP
- Process and record weekly vendor payments
- Record weekly payroll entries
- Sales Use Tax returns
- Fixed Asset accounting
- Assist with Month-End close process
- Back up to order entry and billing
- Various Accounting functions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Concentration
- 3-5 years corporate accounting experience required
- Very strong attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Skills
