Material Handler II

Pick and kit jobs per assembly/shop orders and move to next operation, stock parts through work orders and moves to either stock, shipping or assembly. Work in a team environment meeting quality standards and working efficiency. Overtime is require at times.

Principal activities include receiving purchased component items using Vantage system, putting away all inbound materials, accurately picking jobs daily per assembly/shop orders, kitting jobs/issuing material in ERP system, stocking parts through work orders and moves to either stock, shipping or assembly, entering transactions into our ERP system and ensuring accuracy of data, operating forklift to load and unload trucks as well as move materials, helping with stocking materials as needed, assuring all work performed is within safety guidelines and parameters, maintaining accurate inventory records on all raw materials; processing all required paperwork pertaining to materials, investigating and resolving manufacturing work order/production part discrepancies and inventory reconciliation, sorting and placing materials on racks, shelves or in bins according to the prime location and space available, maintaining work area to ensure maintain 6s work environment, and performing other duties as necessary.

Candidate requirements include 1~3 years of experience in warehouse/stockroom, ERP System Proficiency, EHS Awareness, effective communication and problem solving skills, count accuracy, ability to lift at least 50 lbs on a frequent basis and be able to work standing and walking most of the day, high school diploma or equivalent, fork truck certified, good reading skills and basic math skills, and U.S. Citizen.
