We love taking on challenges and taking responsibility for the entire product design process. We deliver top-notch web, mobile, and even custom-tailored embedded interfaces using a wide range of existing tools, techniques, and approaches with the addition of custom illustrations, 3D and motion graphics, AR/VR experiences, etc.Job DescriptionProduce complex, advanced, and non-trivial creative design concepts and ideas for various domains, offering eye-catching and consistent solutionsProvide creative vision and generate visual ideas from scratchNegotiate project requirements and business objectives with the client and internal teamUnderstand project goals and convert them into high-quality creative solutionsDeliver projects on time according to task descriptions and technical constraintsIntegrate AI across the full design workflow, from research and moodboarding to concepting, asset production, motion, and final deliveryProactively predict and communicate risks to meet defined goals and timelinesBe a proactive part of the creative design team by sharing ideas and suggesting improvements to processes and approachesActively explore, test, and apply AI tools (for example, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, etc.) at every stage of concept development and deliveryQualifications3–5 years of experience in UI design for the web, particularly for creative websites, promo landing pages, and interactive conceptsStrong expertise in Figma, including components, auto layout, responsive and adaptive designAbility to independently craft outstanding, original visual concepts from early sketches to polished UI and confidently present and defend design decisionsHands-on experience with motion in UI, such as element animations, micro-interactions, and prototypes in After Effects, Lottie, or FramerBasic 3D skills for UI and visuals, for example, creating assets or simple scenes in Blender or Cinema 4DAt least Upper-Intermediate English for briefings, presentations, and clear communicationStrong curiosity and openness to experimenting with modern tools, trends, and AI-driven workflows, with a habit of adopting new tools quicklyPortfolio demonstrating a strong foundation in visual and UI design with a focus on creative concepts for web and interactive projectsWILL BE A PLUSExperience with GPU rendering tools such as Octane, Redshift, or similarKnowledge of 2D and 3D animation, including rigging, motion choreography, and animation principlesVideo editing skills in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut for concept presentations or intro videos, including AI-assisted and generative video toolsIllustration and character design skills for creative projectsPrevious experience collaborating within multidisciplinary design teams, including UI, graphic, motion, and 3D specialistsAdditional InformationPERSONAL PROFILEStrong visual taste and attention to detailProactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of design outcomesExcellent communication and presentation skillsOpenness to feedback and ability to iterate quicklyPassion for experimentation, innovation, and staying ahead of design and AI trends
