Job Description

Home Care Scheduler – Senior Helpers
Schedule: Full-Time (occasional on-call) 11 Am-8PM

We’re looking for an organized, solution-driven Scheduler to ensure the right caregiver is matched with each client.

Responsibilities:

Manage caregiver schedules
Match caregivers to clients based on skills and needs
Handle call-offs and schedule changes quickly
Communicate with caregivers, clients, and team
Assist as a caregiver when needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Scheduling or home care experience preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented team player
