Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist - High-Growth

NOCD Inc. is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across sales and operations in a high-growth environment. You will partner with senior leaders, manage a diverse requisition load, and build data-driven hiring dashboards to inform workforce decisions. This role also supports onboarding, employee engagement, and People Operations projects as workload fluctuates.
