This opportunity is being offered by Staffmark to qualified candidates.Job DutiesDevelop and maintain detailed construction project schedules.Coordinate activities with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.Lead construction meetings and distribute meeting minutes.Manage project budgets, contracts, change orders, cost reports, and financial performance.Oversee safety compliance and project quality standards.Review and process submittals, RFIs, and subcontractor payment requests.Direct project superintendents and assistant project managers.Track punch list completion, project commissioning, and turnover documentation.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations.Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.Preferred fields of study include Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.OSHA Certification required.Experience RequirementsMinimum of 8 years of Construction Project Management experience.Proven experience managing projects from pre-construction through project closeout.Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, cost control, subcontractor management, and project coordination.Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Sage 300 CRE, and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and client relationship management skills.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to visit active construction sites and navigate various terrain and jobsite conditions.Capable of attending site meetings, inspections, and project walkthroughs.Ability to work in both office and field environments as required.Must comply with all safety policies and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
