ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly as they arrive and listen attentively to their vehicle concerns.
Translate customer needs into clear, concise repair orders for the technician team.
Provide accurate estimates for services and parts, explaining them in a way customers can easily understand.
Schedule appointments, manage the flow of vehicles through the service bay, and keep customers informed of progress.
Build trusting relationships with our customers, ensuring they feel valued and confident in our service.
Collaborate effectively with our skilled technicians to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
RequirementsProven experience as an Automotive Service Writer or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers.
Proficiency with automotive shop management software and standard office applications.
A genuine passion for cars and providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy shop environment.
