Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose a range of mental health disorders using DSM-5 criteria.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and circumstances.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and family systems therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular follow-up sessions, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment approaches as needed.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, when necessary, to coordinate additional services, referrals, or specialized care.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on serving clients within the community who experience a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in guiding families through crises and providing support tailored to their unique dynamics, ultimately aiming to empower them to lead healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a LMFT.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
