Junior Accountant

Job Description

An employer is looking for a JR. Accountant in San Antonio, TX. The candidate will have an accounting degree, and have an understanding of balancing and reconciling techniques. They are looking for someone who has strong Excel skills and is detail-oriented. The primary purpose of this position is to: post receivables and remit them to clients; reconcile trust accounts; request refunds for unremitted items; handling chargebacks and NSFs and track unclaimed property. They will also be handling chargebacks and NSF's (non-sufficient funds).
