Responsibilities Enter data from various source documents into the company database accurately and efficiently Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before entry Update and maintain information in existing records and systems Review and correct discrepancies in data as required Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data integrity Prepare and generate reports based on entered data when needed Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information Assist in organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems Identify and troubleshoot data entry errors or system issues promptly Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role is preferred Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle repetitive tasks with a commitment to quality Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercer County Works
