Position:  Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Length:  Permanent placement/direct hire OR 13-week contract available

Setting:  Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Shifts:  Days

Pay:  Competitive weekly rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers). Competitive hourly rate + benefits for permanent employees

What We’re Looking For:

· Passionate occupational therapy assistant

· Comfortable working in the SNF setting

· Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment

· Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

· A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care

 

Requirements:

· Active COTA license/certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain). New grads welcome!

· Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

· Current TB test/results

· Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Assist in providing occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT

· Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals

· Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and independence

· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes

· Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and safety strategies

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation
