What You'll Do

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU environment
• Support respiratory management, ventilator settings, and iNO therapy
• Assist with stabilization and transport of neonatal patients
• Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tube placements, and spinal taps
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members including nurses, respiratory therapists, and consulting specialists
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Cerner EHR
• Contribute to a knowledgeable, team-oriented NICU culture

What You Need

• Required:
  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan
  • Neonatology experience or training
  • Certification in NRP
  • Proficiency in neonatal procedures (e.g., intubation, chest tube placement)
• Preferred:
  • Board certification in Neonatology or eligible
  • Experience with ventilators, oscillators, and pulmonary hypertension management
