Resumen del Puesto El Líder de Línea es responsable de supervisar y coordinar las actividades diarias de un equipo de producción para asegurar la eficiencia, la calidad y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción. Responsabilidades del Puesto Supervisar y guiar al personal de la línea de producción para el logro de las metas diarias. Distribuir tareas y asignar responsabilidades a los miembros del equipo. Monitorear el rendimiento de la línea de producción y tomar medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs). Identificar y resolver problemas de producción de manera oportuna. Capacitar a los nuevos empleados en los procedimientos de la línea de producción y las políticas de seguridad. Mantener un ambiente de trabajo seguro y ordenado. Reportar el desempeño de la línea y cualquier incidente al supervisor o gerente de producción. Participar en la mejora continua de los procesos de producción. Cualificaciones del Puesto Educación secundaria completa; se prefiere un título técnico o universitario relacionado. Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia previa en un entorno de producción, preferiblemente en un rol de liderazgo o supervisión. Conocimiento sólido de los principios de producción y control de calidad. Habilidad para leer e interpretar planos y especificaciones técnicas. Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para motivar y desarrollar equipos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y resolución de problemas. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados. Conocimiento básico de herramientas informáticas (MS Office). Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos, si es requerido. #J-18808-Ljbffr ATL Technology CR Ltda
