Responsabilidades Interactuar con clientes potenciales y existentes a través de llamadas entrantes y salientes, promoviendo y vendiendo productos de planes de salud. Calificar prospectos e intentar cerrar la venta. Organizar la visita de un representante de campo al prospecto si no se cierran las ventas. Originar llamadas a partir de oportunidades. Comprender la estrategia y los objetivos operativos del departamento, segmento y organización, incluyendo sus vínculos con áreas relacionadas. Tomar decisiones sobre sus propios métodos de trabajo, en situaciones ambiguas, con dirección mínima y buscar orientación cuando sea necesario. Seguir las pautas y procedimientos establecidos.
