Pay Rate: $19.55 - $21.55 per hour

Shift: Day Shift: 4-3 shift pattern | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM |$19.55/hr.
Night Shift: 4-3 shift pattern | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM |$21.55/hr.
Warehouse: M-F | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM |$19.55/hr.

If you've got sharp eyes and take pride in doing it right, this Product Inspector job in Wilton has your name on it. You'll inspect, measure, and make sure every product meets the mark before it hits the floor.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing, production, packing, or quality inspection experience preferred
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable attendance and dependability required

• Perform visual inspections of finished products for quality defects
• Package products according to customer specifications and company standards
• Prepare packing materials, labels, and shipment documentation
• Follow Quality Management System (QMS) procedures
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Communicate quality or production concerns to supervisors and team members
• Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Work closely with production staff to meet quality and productivity goals

• Inspect consumer products for quality defects to ensure compliance with customer specifications
• Utilize internal resource materials and the Quality Management System (QMS) to verify product standards
• Package finished goods and prepare products for shipment to retailers
• Prepare and organize packing materials
• Verify that materials, labels, and finished products meet required specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while meeting production goals
