Facility: WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital

Specialty: Electrophysiology APP

Start Date: 9/1

Contract Length: ongoing

Shift Details:

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8a-6p (flexible)

Work Details:

Support Staff: 1 assigned clinical team

Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: FULL-TIME, 40 hours per week

Patients per day: 18

Patient Population/Age: 18-100

Department Description: Intervention/Electrophysiology

EMR: EPIC

Hospital Bed size: 270

Special Procedures: (not performed by APP, however may see at any point postoperatively)

Interventional Cardiology: R/LHC, PCI, Balloon Angioplasty, Balloon Pump

Electrophysiology: Pacemaker Implant; ICD implant (traditional and sub-Q); Loop recorder implant and/or explant; Ablations: AVN, SVT, AFLUTTER

Skills Required: Cardiology/Interventional/Electrophysiology

Practice Setting: (select as many as needed)

Academic/Training: Yes

Clinic/Private Practice: Yes

Hospital: Yes

Requirements:

Board Certification: NP or PA certification

License Required: Yes

DEA: Yes

Certifications Required: ACLS/BLS

Minimum Experience Required:

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps available with clean file
