Role Description The Brand Ambassador at The Patch Method is a contract, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, the ambassador actively engages with customers, visitors, and community members to represent the brand, answer questions, and provide product or service information. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming guests, explaining the benefits and features of The Patch Method offerings, distributing promotional materials, and supporting events or in-store activities. The ambassador will help drive brand awareness by maintaining an approachable, professional presence, sharing key brand messages, and gathering customer feedback. The role also involves coordinating with internal team members to ensure consistent messaging, reporting on customer interactions, and supporting basic customer service needs. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and community members. Demonstrated brand ambassadorship experience or the ability to represent a brand with professionalism and authenticity. Customer service skills with a focus on providing clear information and resolving basic inquiries. Experience promoting brand awareness and engaging audiences in person at events, storefronts, or activations. Clear, confident communication skills, including active listening and concise verbal explanations. Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on-site in West Palm Beach, FL during scheduled shifts or events. Ability to stand for extended periods and interact with multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
