Key Qualifications:

• State certification for Special Education (or eligibility)
• Experience working in elementary life skills and/or behavior programs strongly preferred

• Willingness to work on-site or virtually (virtual candidates must secure 1099 contract and liability insurance)
• Available for full-time hours (32.5 per week), early mornings, and early release Wednesdays

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in life skills and behavioral support
• Create and adapt IEPs to meet individualized student needs
• Engage with families, caregivers, and staff to foster student growth
• Participate in school initiatives and professional development
