Shift: 1st Shift (Start between 8 AM - 9 AM)


2nd Shift (Start between 3 PM - 4 PM)

Job Summary


Electronic Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electronic control systems and CNC/PLC equipment . This role focuses on diagnostics, system installation, and supporting manufacturing operations in an aerospace environment .

Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly)
• Troubleshoot electronic systems (PLC, CNC, temperature controls)
• Install and test control systems and equipment
• Diagnose and repair laser systems
• Order parts based on technical specifications
• Ensure compliance with quality standards (RSM/QCM, ISO)
• Support optical and instrumentation-related work
• Perform CNC machine repair and setup
• Work with machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM)
• Maintain safety, environmental, and ethical standards
• Support cross-training and team collaboration

Required Skills
• Electronic troubleshooting (PLC/CNC systems) - 2+ years
• Control systems & instrumentation - 1+ year
• Mechanical/machining knowledge - 1+ year
• Computer literacy - 1+ year
• Communication & logical problem-solving - 1+ year

Preferred Skills
• Laser systems troubleshooting - 1+ year
• CNC machine repair/setup - 1+ year
• PLC programming/logic understanding - 1+ year
• EDM / machining equipment experience - 1+ year
• ISO / quality standards knowledge - 1+ year

Technical / Functional Exposure
• PLC & CNC controls - 2+ years
• Electrical & electronic diagnostics - 2+ years
• Instrumentation & control systems - 1+ year
• Machining processes (mills, lathes, EDM) - 1+ year
• Quality systems (ISO, RSM/QCM) - 1+ year

Education / Experience
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• Electronics / instrumentation training or equivalent
• Mechanical / machinist background (plus)
• Relevant technical certifications preferred
